PhD Position available in a project on colloidal synthesis

Applications are invited for a PhD studentship to work at the Bionanoplasmonics Laboratory of CIC biomaGUNE, under the supervision of Prof. Luis Liz-Marzán, in collaboration with Prof. Johan Hofkens, at KU Leuven (Belgium). The main objective of the proposed research is to design and develop methods for the colloidal synthesis of metal nanoparticles with tailored morphologies and dimensions, for applications in optical manipulation.
