Postdoctoral Position in “Enzyme-polymer hybrids for functional materials”

A postdoctoral position is available in the PolyZymes Group – Multifunctional Protein-Polymer Hybrids Research Line – at the Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering, POLYMAT Fundazioa, and University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). The project endeavors the design and fabrication of functional materials based on protein-polymer hybrids and non-conventional solvents, i.e., eutectic mixtures. Developed methodologies will be applied to the stabilization of plastic-eating enzymes, to cofactor-dependent enzymes, and to the fabrication of biomineralized scaffolds for biomedical applications.
