The Barluenga Conference is an annual scientific meeting held in honor to the late Professor José Barluenga, recognizing his pioneering contributions to Chemistry and his role in the advancement of Science in Spain. The conference features the “Barluenga Lectureship”, awarded yearly to an exceptional scientist whose work has significantly impacted some area of Chemistry. Other invited
lectures are presented by renowned scientists in a symposium organized for the occasion. This edition will take place in Oviedo-Spain, from November 6th to 7th, 2025.
