PhD position available in a project on Bionanomaterials

Applications are invited for a PhD studentship to work on a project at CIC biomaGUNE (San Sebastian, Spain) and Universidad de Cantabria (Santander, Spain). The main objective of the proposed research is to develop the in situ synthesis of nanomaterials on biogels and in microfluidic devices, for applications in biosensing. Applications are invited to work for 18 months at the Bionanoplasmonics Laboratory of CIC biomaGUNE, under the supervision of Prof. Luis Liz-Marzán, followed by 18 months at the University of Cantabria, under the supervision of Dr. Leonardo Scarabelli.
