The New Challenges in HOmogeneous CATalysis HOMCAT group at Organic Chemistry Department at Universidad de Valencia is looking for a Junior Doctor in Chemistry with experience in organic or organometallic synthesis. The contract is available to carry out a research project, as part of the proposal: Enantioselective hydroamination and hydroacylation reactions towards sustainable processes of industrial interest (ENANCO, CNS2024-154415) awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. The objective of the contract is the design, synthesis and catalytic application of new chiral complexes of first-row transition metals active in the hydroamination and hydroacylation reactions of alkenes.
